We are proud to announce that H.E. António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, will deliver a lecture on The Importance of Multilateralism in a Time of Unprecedented Challenges at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, on December 16 at 11.30 am. 

Part of the Education City Speaker Series, the lecture will provide community members with an opportunity to hear from a highly influential figure leading global development, peace and security. 

H.E. Guterres is a Portuguese politician and diplomat, who is serving as the ninth Secretary-General of the United Nations. Previously, he was the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees between 2005 and 2015.
