This online seminar will provide a brief introduction to Proximity Extension Assay (PEA), the technology behind Olink’s Explore and Target platforms that enables high-throughput, multiplex immunoassays using minimal volumes of serum, plasma, or almost any other type of biological sample, without compromising on data quality or assay robustness.
In the past, PEA technology has been successfully used across key disease areas including, COVID-19, oncology, neurology, cardiology, and immunological disorders.
The seminar will demonstrate how plasma proteomics can be used to predict the severity and progression of these diseases, and how it can be combined with genomics and transcriptomics to provide better understanding of disease biology and discovery of new drug targets.
