Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s (HBKU) College of Law and the European Society of International Law’s (ESIL) Interest Group in Peace and Security jointly organized a book webinar on February 16, 2023, featuring Dr. Ka Lok Yip, Assistant Professor at the College of Law, and her new monograph, The Use of Force against Individuals in War under International Law – A Social Ontological Approach (Oxford University Press 2022).
Dr. Ka Lok Yip was joined by Dr. Noelle Quenivet, Professor in International Law, University of West England, Bristol, and Dr. Salvador Santino Regilme Jr., Assistant Professor of International Relations, University of Leiden, for a discussion on the themes raised in her book.
