The HBKU Endurance Challenge measures cardiovascular endurance, leg and shoulder powers, coordination, and focus. The challenge is composed of timed running exercises, push-ups, and crunches. Participants who complete these exercises in the shortest amount of time will win the challenge. Participation is open to all Qatar Foundation members and athletes, who will use treadmills, stationary bikes and mats to complete the challenge. Registration starts on September 1, 2017.
Awards will be granted based on the best time for each category. One male and one female will be awarded for first, second and third places. For more information, interested individuals may visit the recreation desk at the HBKU Student Center from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
