Through these workshops, you will learn about all your personal strengths and weaknesses and how to be more effective in your organization with your unique personality. You will also be able to discover yourself as a leader and develop the leadership skills within yourself. This can help you play an active role in the future of your organization and the future of Qatar. The first way to become a leader is through self-discovery!

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Upon the completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Deepen self-communication and good knowledge of the current situation of the individual;
  • Know the strengths and benefit from them;
  • Knowledge of weaknesses and the ability to improve them;
  • Discover real needs;
  • Know Self - development tools;
  • Learn how to write goals;
  • Know how to plan; and
  • Know leadership skills.

  • Skills to develop weaknesses;

Session II: Tools of Development!

  • Overcoming stress and anxiety
  • Communication skills

External awareness

  • Personality patterns

Third Session: Make Your Future!

  • Introduction to planning
  • Use the data of previous sessions for planning and setting goals
  • Methods of commitment to the plan
  • Exercise

Session 4: Be a Leader!

  • What does it mean to be a leader?
  • Leadership patterns 
  • Show the leader who is inside you
  • Exercise
