Amid the ongoing distressing events in Gaza and other regions of Palestine, individuals across the globe are grappling with the overwhelming emotional toll caused by the continuous influx of tragic news and imagery. The sense of helplessness and compassion towards the victims is a shared sentiment among witnessing communities.

In partnership with the Middle East Psychological Association (MEPA), this lecture aims to delve into the psychological and spiritual strategies essential for individuals dealing with relentless exposure to ongoing tragedies.

The lecture will focus on empowering strategies to help us navigate and support ourselves and our families when facing devastation caused by war, calamities, and other disasters.
