International Law and the Crisis in Gaza | Hamad Bin Khalifa University
College of Law

Israel’s use of force against Palestinians as well as other civilians in Gaza has tremendous international legal implications, specifically as to violations of international humanitarian law, international criminal law, and international human rights law.

Join us in a panel discussion where we examine these and related issues within the context of the ongoing crisis. The panel will investigate the substantial challenges this poses  to the principles of a rule-based international order and its effect on the region.
