Colloquium: The Role of Qatar International Court in the Qatari Legal Order

About the Event

Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Center (QICDRC), which comprises of a Civil and Commercial Court and a specialist Regulatory Tribunal, constitutes a novel mechanism of dispute resolution, and is comparable to only a handful of similar recently established institutions around the world.

The Colloquium will discuss the nature, purposes, applicable law, enforcement of judgments of QICDRC, and more generally the role of the Court in the Qatari legal order. 
This is part of the colloquia series being held by CLPP.
