Awqāf institutions have played a pivotal socio-economic role in the Islamic history and financed many of the welfare services for the betterment of communities. The lecture will provide insights into the fundamentals of Waqf and social entrepreneurship practices and outline how we can see the foundation of Waqf as a social enterprise.
