Dr. Majed Al-Ansari

Dr. Majed Al-Ansari serves as the Advisor to the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and is the official Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this capacity, he regularly engages with the media, providing insights on Qatar's foreign affairs to both local and international audiences. He also heads the Center for International Policy Research of Qatar which focuses on regional and international geopolitical trends and North-South relations.

Dr. Al-Ansari previously served as director of policy at the Institute of Social & Economic Survey Research Institute (SESRI) at Qatar University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Leeds University and earned his MA and PhD in Social Change from the University of Manchester.
