Biography

Carlos Miguel Mendez Delgado is an Electrical Engineer, with knowledge from both industry and research. From the industrial aspect, his experience focuses on the design, implementation, and maintenance of backup power systems, while his research topics are focused on Renewable Energy (mainly Wind Energy), Multisystem Approach, Hydrogen utilization and Policy Analysis.
