Community Class: Build Your Own Nutrition and Fitness Plan

A community class that teaches you how to lose weight and make healthy decisions with the help of Dana Habayeb, a certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant. The course is delivered in English.

Course Sessions:

Session 1: Body Fat Percentage, Ideal Weight and Measuring Progress
Session 2: Which Diet is Best for Your Goals?
Session 3: Create Your Own Nutrition Plan - Food Addiction and Balancing Calories
Session 4: Resistance Training and Cardio - Create Your Own Routine
Session 5: S.M.A.R.T Goals

Payment Information:

Registration fees are QAR 1,000. Payments are accepted via card only, and must be made within three days of registration. Refunds cannot be issued upon cancellation.
