Prospective students can learn more about opportunities for the academic year 2021/2022
Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), a member of Qatar Foundation (QF), is holding its second Virtual Graduate Studies Open House on November 22. Prospective students interested in pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree can learn more about HBKU’s academic programs, admissions requirements for the academic year 2021-2022, and student resources.
The Virtual Open House will continue to offer an engaging platform for students in Qatar and abroad to connect with the university leadership and admissions staff.
Each of the six colleges will host live breakout sessions. Students will be able to engage with the deans and professors about their respective programs across the areas of Islamic studies, humanities and social sciences, science and engineering, health and life sciences, law, and public policy. Students will learn more about the unique learning experience within Education City and exceptional opportunities to gain experience alongside scientists at three national research institutes at HBKU. Teams from the Office of Enrollment and HBKU Student Affairs will be available during question-and-answer sessions to respond to inquiries about key dates in the application process and share details about student life.
The Virtual Graduate Studies Open House is an excellent opportunity for students to ask questions about HBKU’s programs and the application process. Students will get a better sense of the graduate experience and what they can gain by choosing to pursue their studies at HBKU. Having the event online will ensure that an even greater number of interested students from Qatar and around the world can access a dynamic mix of content to identify the academic program that best suits their interests.
The Virtual Open House will be accessible via the HBKU website and social media. Anyone interested in attending may register at https://www.hbku.edu.qa/en/OpenHouse21
